Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at service@dearrally.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different style or package. Please contact us at service@dearrally.com to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or show signs of wear
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items not in original packaging
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right — at no cost to you.
